Why PPS 1?
Up to 6 months without approval
Due to the classification as a temporary structure, our construction can be erected for up to 6 months without a building permit. An extension of a further 3 months is only required 3 months after the construction has been erected and accepted.
Set up and ready for use in 48 hours
Thanks to its modular design, the parking deck can be set up and removed quickly and easily. The parking deck in the standard configuration can be set up and put into operation in less than 48 hours from delivery.
Sustainability & Circular Economy
Although our modules are not yet made from renewable raw materials, we are pursuing a circular approach with PPS. Because the components can be completely dismantled and recycled, there is no waste at the end of the life cycle.
Transmodal use
Year-round use of space is ideal if the utilization is right. For all areas that are not used permanently or for a very long period of time, transmodal usage concepts are the future. For parking, this is PPS 1.
Flexibility & Modularity
Whether 2 or 2,000 parking spaces - we can meet every need, as the PPS 1 modules can be extended in all directions. And as far as you like. This means that vegetation or other obstacles can also be easily rebuilt.

Delivery, Installation & Operation
On the agreed day, the modules are delivered by truck with the assembly team and any necessary inspection by an expert takes place immediately. Depending on the configuration, this step takes less than 2 days.

dismantling and final settlement
As soon as the parking capacity is no longer required or the maximum duration has been reached, the deck will be dismantled and the area will be left in its original form without any civil engineering changes.
